Job Title: Business Development Executive – (Female Candidates)

 

Location: Dubai /Abu Dhabi , UAE

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a female professional fluent in Arabic& English based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, with a passion for driving business growth in the recruitment industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

· A Positive and a can-do attitude personality.

· Client Engagement and Outreach - Proactively Engage and reach out to potential clients in the market.

· Attend industry-specific events and represent the company to expand our professional networks.

· Demonstrate a genuine passion for conducting a face-to-face meeting with decision makers across HR, Procurement & Business Units.

· Drive lead generation through impactful in-person &digital interaction with client and prospects.

· Showcase strong communication skills both via the phone and In-person.

· Engage across target market sectors – Actively collaborate and engage with client, stake holders, partners across diverse industries.

· Develop & implement strong strategies to achieve business development goals.

· Should be able to qualify & participate in the RFP / Tenders

 

Experience and qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of sales and business development experience in the recruitment industry in UAE.

· Candidate must be fluent in Arabic& English
